Airthings Devices are a necessity in every home, they allow you to track airborne chemicals, detect humidity, temperature and mold risk. All these features allow you to visualize the air quality from room to room and reach optimal health and comfort. Once you understand the air quality in your home you can make small changes to your habits to optimize your air quality.
You can view all the data on the Airthings app, current and historical levels. You can also use the online dashboard or even just simply wave in front of the Airthings Wave Plus, Wave or Wave Mini for a visual indication of your air quality levels. The colour codes are easy to understand, making it a device for all ages.
Green: Air quality is good, breathe easy.
Yellow: Air quality if fair, warning.
Red: Air quality is poor, take action.

Standard delivery is within 2-3 working days, as long as your order is placed before 1pm.
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50, to the majority of the UK. For orders under £50 there will be a delivery charge of £3.49.

If you are looking for international shipping, please email us with the products you are looking to purchase and the full delivery address. We can then provide a quotation based on the information provided. Unfortunately international shipping is not available through the website at this current time.

We strongly recommend that you do not book a plumber, electrician, builder or any other installer until all Products have been delivered and checked.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
