The Bold SX-63 Smart Cylinder Lock – 100356 – is a Bluetooth enabled smart lock designed for safe and easy access where keys are no longer needed. The Smart lock is completely keyless and easy to install. Worried about not having your phone or your battery being empty? Not an issue for the Bold Smart Lock as there is always the option to open the door with a backup pin code.
The Bold lock is made of brass and hardened stainless steel for the door cylinder and the knobs have a brushed satin chrome finish. Its modern design together with mounting extension allows for easy installation onto any property.
The Smart lock features a low consumption battery that will last at least 2 years, this lifespan is longer than that of other motorised smart locks. The smart lock itself must be verified by your email and phone number so the chance of someone else registering in your name is zero.
The Bold app is packed full of features and allows for full control over your security. You can manage users, meaning only the people you want entering your property can do so. You can even create temporary access for a limited time, if required. The event log means you can see who has been entering the property and when they have done so, perfect for busy houses or small businesses.

We strongly recommend that you do not book a plumber, electrician, builder or any other installer until all Products have been delivered and checked.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
